Depending on your choice of setup our times can vary. Our standard setup usually takes around an hour to set up. We always ask for an hour so that we can ensure everything is fully operational and ready for you and your guests arriving.
We kindly ask access times of your chosen venue where possible.
Our team will dress appropriately for your event. Casual attire branded polo shirts with smart/casual are the dress code of choice for a casual party.
For weddings, we will dress in black suits with our branded shirts. During setup and pack down times our team may change into different casual clothing to enable us to feel a little more comfortable (please note this will be before you or your guest arrive at the event and after your guest have left)
Most certainly, if you would like to add an add-on after you’ve already booked then please let us know. It’s your special occasion and we are here to make sure you have exactly what you require.

Unfortunately, we don’t hold dates without a completed booking form. We will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date with us.
However, any quotation for your date is still valid if another booking hasn’t already been taken on for your requested date.
We carry a wide range of music, with a large selection of artists, genres, and songs. Upon booking, we ask you if you have any requests or playlists that you would like to send us. We request that your requests are sent to us in good time before the event to ensure the availability of the tracks.
The music we play is based on the type of event, we also welcome requests from you and your guests. You can also submit a 'do not playlist' - let us know these tracks and they will not be played.

Upon booking, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid in full two weeks before the event.
We accept payments via Cash, Bank transfers. Further details on payment options will be supplied upon booking.
When booking we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date. The deposit is currently 30% of the full amount quoted.
